Enjoy a Sabbatical for your Soul and Health Food for your Heart during a life-renewing week, blending east and west, science and spirituality, reflection and ritual, consciousness and community, at the Christine Center, located in Willard, Wisconsin, August 22 – September 3, 2010. This life-renewing week is facilitated by Theresa O’Connor, retreat facilitator and international, inspirational Enlightenment Coach.
What is your inner voice whispering to tell you?
Why is it you are here at this time?
Is your soul fully energized and engaged in your service?
When is the last time you quietly sat by your own inner fire and warmed yourself?
Do you dare to remember your own answers to these quesionts?
Each of us houses within us the light of the Transfiguration, a light such as that witnessed by the disciples in the story of Jesus’ Transfiguration. The story speaks of the Christ allowing his followers to see the Light and Brilliance which truly resides in our life forms. Each of us, we know, has access to a conscious connection with and a fuller expression of this Light within.
Each of us are made from an individual electricity and source energy, which quantum physics, vibrational medicine, energy psychology, and spiritual traditions are now all agreeing do exist. We are essentially non-local, non-temporal beings of light and capable of co-creating miracles, with Guides of light and wisdom who are ready to inform and inspire us at all moments. All we need to do is acknowledge, access and utilize these Source energies, and to express this inner Light in the outer world.
What is Enlightenment?
Enlightenment is unique to each of us, yet it can be defined as the remembering of and reconnection with our Divine Spark and Core Light, enabling us to serve the world from a space of conscious connection with higher energies.
This connection makes all the difference, in all areas of our lives.
Connecting with our own vital vibrancy and learning the skills to live and serve from this higher energy is the focus for our retreat week. This coming to deeper consciousness is facilitated by Theresa in relaxing and enjoyable ways, which include self-awakening meditations, creative silence, experiential growth, group enfoldment, and pertinent multi-media learning.
The following are some post-retreat reflections from participants who attended the 2008 Global Awareness Through Enlightenment Retreat with Theresa:
"This was new and deeper; this week was one of those large steps forward. I feel so much bigger than this little body. I can trust this Source and light within; I’m grounded in trust and fearlessness."
"I can now walk and live in loving Presence. I crawled in it before."
"It only takes a moment to be healed or transformed. The light bulb has gone on for me. Spirit is all around, as well as supportive spirit guides."
"Everything has its aura; the plants are my family. I have a widening of consciousness of other energies; not all is physical."
"This was a renewal of my sabbatical of 10 years ago. I know now that energy follows intention, and I know how to move my energies for healing others. I have a broader experience of my own guides and of ways to get in touch with and balance my own energy centers."
"This week has intensified my passion for the earth and sustainability. I can bring more deeply conscious energy into my life and work. I have received what I hoped to receive."
"Information has moved from my head to my heart. Connecting with my own inner light brings cleansing emotion and clearer purpose. In leaving here, I bring divine love with me."
"For myself and my work, I wanted to deepen my connection with my higher wisdom and expand my experience of mystical levels. One can trust one’s own guides; it’s the difference of walking in the light instead of darkness."
